 Let's start off with the owner of this site. Her name is -drumroll- Everina! Always determined and talented Everina Darklight! She is just one of the awesomest designers on xanga! A very close friend of mine, she is. We completed many collab. lyts, with her. Due to my experience designing with her, I can confirm that she is a better designer than me!  

Her .PNGs are well extracted, with no strips of any previous images. The pictures are rare (I've never seen them in images), but very cute and good to use. I favor her Kamichama Karin .PNG. There are a lot of .PNGs that you can view and use.

Her layouts are, well, just awesome! It's a totally different style from what I see in the designing world. That is exactlywhat makes her style and layouts so unique! You see a layout with a nice .PNG. You think it's OK. But you look at Everina' style of layout, which has the same .PNG. You think: WOW! She has a great choice of fonts and their color. Patterns are beautiful.

The thing I love the most about Everina's layouts are that she takes manga strips and applys them to her layouts main image. I know many other layout makers do the same thing; but Everina's way of doing her manga strips are pwnsome. Lols. It just awesome.<3

Yeah sorry, kinda lazy so I don't wanna make it into a hyperlink. Thats off topic-- so her icon. This icon is abousutly amazing. Very pro looking. The differnet colours and blending is very splenid.

Another item she has asked us to review is one of her layouts: http://www.xanga.com/BSD05. Agian no hyperlink.</3 But this amzing is one of those OH-EM-GEE moments. Here is one of the layouts that show the awesome work of the manga strip that I explained above. Very nice huh? The patterns and grunge brushes that were used are sweet. 8D Vampire Knight... Everina provides many works of Vampire Knight. Which is very good, since I looooove VK. =) The red pattern on the sidelines are fantasic.

I give Everina a 9/10

-Speechless- This wallpaper is truely fantastic! Very simply and cleaned out. Focus well on the main image. Didn't overdo with brushes and other resources. The rose in the bottem-right corner is very nicely done. If the rose was to be better quality, it would add more to the wallpaper. The border for the photograph looks stunning. But it doesn't look completely done. There are some openings around the border. If those were to be closed up. It'll look great.

This image gives you that old, classical feeling. Which is very nice. At the bottem of the photograph, it says "Forget Us Not." I don't know if its the creators idea to make it more transparent and well blended in with the photo, but it would be nice if it was to stand out more. Try making the font lighter colored.

The color scheme is beautiful. A rich light colored brown; with a touch of thick, heavy dark color. Kinda reminds me of dark and milk chocolate. Yummm. Very good use of grunge brushes. I really like the brushes and textures used in this image. The quailty of the main image looks very high quality. And that gives a thumbs up. I really like high quality images. Low qauilty, blurry pixlated images don't make me smile. ):

The downside to this wallpaper is that for me-- there seems to be to much cursive writing on the image. It there were to be a little bit less, the wallpaper would be good to go. It would be nice if there was a title for the wallpaper. Somewhere on the wallpaper where you can see; the title of the image. The background seems to be blurry and pixlated. If you try smoothing the background out more; then the wallpaper should be good.

This wallpaper is amazing. Good job Akairi! Keep up the great work. I'm Looking forward to reviewing more of your work! Because I have so much good things to say about your work. <3

I'm gonna give her wallpaper an 8/10.

AngelicxReviews is another review site owned by Maryweather. Here you can find reviews on mangas, books, movies, and Xanga sites. And her own opinions on her reviews.

Maryweather's Xanga page looks splendid. Everything looks perfect. To be honest, I have really nothing to say. Becuase I'm reviewing someone own thoughts and opinions of certain items. So its fairly hard for me to write something out. I guess I could start with the basic things.

First of all, Maryweather is an AMAZINGGGG friend. She's my lover. :B I call everyone whos a "best friend" of mines, lover. Becuase I really think best friends forever it a bit overated; if you think about it a bit deeper. Anywhoos-- I can always talk to her about my problems in my daily life. She gives me greate tips and advices on how to make my Xanga page a tad bit better. She recommends pretty good anime & mangas to read and watch. Her reviews are way better then me having to hop onto Google and reading the authors summary of the animanga. Overall, Maryweather is an awesome buddie of my mine. WOOHOO!

About her review site. Every neat and organized. Its a site you don't see everyday. A site were she puts her own thoughts down of the review. Very unique, which I quite like. Reading her reviews are fun and interesting to do.

I'm looking forward to reading more of her reviews. Keep up the good work Maryweather! :)

I really like the what the banner says, "What happens when time stops." Something very interesting to think about when reading. The fonts that were used matched with the banner.

I would like to see more creative thinking on the banner. As in brushes, textures, patterns, ect. Right now I think it seems kinda plain. Just having a clock slapped onto a black background. The quaiity of the clock is very low, if it was to get enhanced and cleaned out more, the overall banner would have more proficiency.

But I gotta hand it to Juliette. Even though her site was made for role playing; pretty much everything on that page was made by her. And thats pretty cool. To be honest, her whole entire Xanga page is pretty awesome.   

I am very proud of Juliette's work. Just a little more practice and your banner will shine even brighter. Keep up the good work, Juliette. *Thumbs Up*

Colour Emotion

Colour Emotion is "Mizuro's portfolio and semi journal. Here you'll find some textures, icon bases, tutorials and many more."

Let's begin with Mizuro's icons. She currently has 18 icons, which are all very lovely. The text design, however, is the same, which is a bit displeasing. Varieties of styles make graphics pleasing to the eye. There were two, though, that looked very professional. Icon and Icon 2 are those icons.

Next are her icon bases. I think it is very clever of her to explain what each section is. For example, she explained what an icon base was. Many people do not know what an icon base is. Therefore, they do not use it. Her icon bases feature human characters and non-anime characters.

Following are the .PNGs. Again, Mizuro explained what a .PNG was. Though her .PNGs are not fully extracted, it is okay to use. There are still strips of the previous image that she hadn't yet finished extracting.

Mizuro's blank buttons are very useable, but do not have borders. Adding borders makes buttons very appealing to the eye and useable. Without a border, a button looks as if it is missing something.

Colour Emotion provides uncoded skins. An uncoded skin is simply a design that has not been coded yet. For instance, go here.

Mizuro currently made 5 brush packs. Most of these brushes that she has created are very common, meaning that there are many similarities of these. If it were a bit more unusual, I think it'd be very popular. Brushes are very tedious to make, and I hope Mizuro makes more awesome brushes.

There are many other graphics and tutorials Mizuro provides. Her layouts are better than most beginners, and I am proud of her achievements. Overall, I give her site a 7/10. Though she did very well, I think she can do a little better. Keep up the good work, Mizuro!
